I'm not really a luxurious person, but since it's Holiday season, I decided to buy a purse here. This is my first ever luxury item, and I am inlove with it. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They always attend to my needs even if they are also helping out another customer. They have an on going sale right now. I loved my exprience here today my hubby decided to buy me a new Tory Burch bag and with the help of Ms. Jocelyn G. i made my final choice she answered every questions i have even jumping to one bag on the other she was sweet and courteous and patient with me i'm very indecisive shopper she is such a sweet heart and so is their manager on the clock. My family and I are visiting Vegas for the Mother’s Day weekend. So far it’s been a great experience, until we stopped in this store. We were so excited when we saw the store, because we had been talking about going to Tory Burch our whole day. As we are walking in the store, the guy at the door says over the radio “You have about a dozen of THEM that just walked in” as soon as we walked in, we wasn’t even in the store good enough, about 3 workers asked us “Do y’all need help finding anything”. At this point I was very upset, I told my family let’s leave. I didn’t feel comfortable nor did I feel welcomed. Other people that walked in the store got a simple “ Hi welcome In”. Like really??? Is this how you guys treat your LOYAL customers, because I am definitely a loyal customer with Tory Burch. I’m 100% positive the owner wouldn’t be happy about this AT ALL. RACIAL PROFILING is a hurting thing. It is EXTREMELY UNACCEPTABLE, and I WILL NOT TOLERATE IT!!!!! I told my family we’re not spending our money where we’re not wanted, nor appreciated. I will never return to this store EVER AGAIN……..To the staff: be mindful of how you treat people, and the things you say. I’ll definitely be contacting a few people higher up about this. #VIP

I mostly do my shopping online for thus same reason. I decided to go in store today. And the ladies working made me feel so uncomfortable. They were looking at me as of I don't belong eyeing me from head to toe as if I wasn't going to buy anything. I hate how they judge you by your appearance and they dint help you out if they think you broke. Which is totally wrong! I went to Coach instead and they treated me with such appreciation and respect! I bought bags there instead! They were not judgmental of me at all! The associates need to do better I love Tory Burch products but, I decided to stick to online shopping because of how uncomfortable they made me feel.

Staff was great. Helped us find something for the wife. She is very happy. They do ask you if you need any help. Seen those negative reviews and if you dont want employees offering help and approaching you, then order online. I appreciate them when they help me. Wife left happy and thats what matters most.
