Helped us with every detail and worked hard to ensure that every detail was taken care of, form working with our lender to helping us through the inspection process. I have been working with Nicole Christie for the last few month, I couldn't ask a better realtor than she is. Nicole is always available to answer any questions, resolve any problems that I have been face with my lender, I don't want let her out on anything, I ask her honest opinion about a few things since that's my first time buying a house I do have lots of questions and she does have lots of answers to give me back. She is polite, professional, available as she can, she has been extremely good on my first purchase, again I could not ask for a better realtor than she is. I wish that some of them would learn from her because she knows what she is talking about, and she does everything on her power to fight for you even if you don't ask for. She is saving a good amount of money by asking the seller to help on the closing and he agreed to do. I would ask and I didn't know until she showed me the contract with the request. I have no words to cover how lucky I am for having her helping me in this process. Thanks Nicole. I am for ever grateful for everything you have done and still doing it.
