Absolutely professional! These are the words that come to mind when I think about my real estate experience with Don Jaques, Jr @ Windermere Real Estate. Ever since I came in contact with him and became a part of his mailing list, he provided regular updates not just on the transaction at hand, but also on the overall real estate situation in the area, including tips for sale pricing and the shape of the market over the previous quarter. When we were finally ready to list the house, Don worked hard to keep costs low and property visibility high. Our home was under offer within just a day of it being listed, and I firmly believe it is because of Don's expertise, attention to detail, and passion for the real estate industry. This is a great Real Estate company with 35 active real estate agents they go beyond just selling homes. They are quite active in the community from boys- girls club to the Chamber to Habitat for Humanity and teaches First Time Home Buyer classes.

Terrible service... house tour was cancelled last minute on my family! The realator said she would schedule another apointment time seeing as that the other was cancelled and i never got a call back. We waited a week for a showing and was insured we were the first in line to see it. Come to find out it has been rented and we never were even informed! This is the second time this company has not kept up with its word. I strongly suggest you try to find another avenue when finding a house in Oak Harbor. Trying to save you and your family the headache and wasted time.

The number 1 reason I love working here, is because Windermere is number 1 in the community! The largest in the Pacific Northwest, and the largest on the Island. I especially love working with folks new to the Island, from the Navy or otherwise, and at Windermere it's not about finding the right house, it's about helping YOU find YOUR HOME. And then some! From referral directories to WWII fort exploring to best restaurants and more! I grew up here, and love showing off the Island! Welcome home!

We are delighted about our continuing experience with Windermere Property management in Oak Harbor, specifically with Jennifer M. We were matched with the perfect property for our needs. Jennifer worked with us on affording the pet deposit. Any concerns we had about the property have been addressed and remedied immediately. Repairs necessary are communicated to us well before the date of maintenance. As a retired military family returning to the area after 3 years, we couldn’t be more pleased with Windermere as our property management company. We hope to continue with the company when it comes time to purchase our forever home
