Ben & Jerry's

Courteous, fast service, social distancing and screens well in place, intelligent capacity limit, good choice of flavors, vibrant location. However, the flavors could've been fresher, although this may be endemic to all Ben and Jerry's locations. The waffle cones were good too.

Everything is great except the straws don't work after u have about 3/4th of the milkshake u ordered. Paper straws are great idea to be green. But did they make sure they work?

Ben & Jerry's is fantastic. Only 5 customers at a time but everyone follows the rule. The staff are friendly and personable. Love me some Americone Dream!

A few indoor seating options are available. Ben & Jerry's is pricey, typical for high-end ice cream. Empower-mint cone was great.

We didn't get his name but we had an awesome man helping us he had dreads. He went above and beyond to help us with our order, on top of that we accidentally left our keys there he immediately ran after us down the street to give it back. So kind and helpful!

Ice cream was good but the workers were rude . As soon as my boyfriend and i stepped in two employees yelled at us "5 CUSTOMERS AT A TIME" but didnt tell us they were at the limit and there were two customers there in the shop.
