Been here a couple of times over last two weeks and walked the lot, looking at selection without EVER being greeted or anything. Not going to chase them. If they want to sell a car, they should greet their potential customers. Wasn't the only one either each trip I saw at least one other potential client t leave without anyone acknowledging their presence.

This was a very painless process. I needed a car. They had the product. Walked in 4000 cash Out with 2013 model. Alphonso was very accurate and swift. I walked in. I drove out. Ben was very understanding. He set arrangements that tailored to me. I am now confident. ---- Update: experience: Not Good. Cx service is a 1. Communication is rated : LOW Lies on return phone calls and repo'd the vehicle without returning my calls about my keys when payment was available to them. PAYMENT WAS READY!! I was told not to come until key was retrieved. Instead, no one returned my calks and the car sat for 3 days....and behind my back they repo'd any how . Also when asked: NO ONE SEEMED TO KNOW what party their repo was. The person who was meant to contact me, left the office without informing me as she promised, and every day after that...just no return phone calls of information. Advise: Pay the car off. Or do not go here AT ALL. do not refer.

Great place to purchase a vehicle. Financing through Weokie was super easy and fast. There was a slight issue with the drivers side seat being off of alignment but they ordered the part and will replace it for free! Very great people to work with!

Was in and out fairly quickly. These guys did everything they could to find me the best deal on a car. They even went as far as to find me different options I could choose from and actually left with a different car at a better deal. Clean and sharp looking cars as well!

Been coming here for almost 15 years and we have never been disappointed. The cars are great quality and the prices are fair. The staff is always helpful and Ben is always available to answer questions about a particular car and professional. If you want a great car and trustworthy staff this is definitely your best bet.

Update as of 10/4/22, I was really pleased with my purchase of the 2016 Nissan Altima from Ben's Auto, until my engine light came on I took it into the maintenance department and spoke with the manager Jeremy who told me not to use anything but premium gasoline and had the light switched off. 2 weeks later the light comes back on again I took it back in he put in a OBO meter and stated that there was not enough oxygen in my fuel line and then commits to tell me to contact Nissan and see if there was a call back on the vehicle regarding that issue or any issues for that matter I found that very odd then he said there's nothing I can do. I'm sorry I just spent $14,000 on a vehicle and there's nothing you can't do is not an acceptable answer. At this point I'm not taking it back to Jeremy because obviously he doesn't know what he's doing I was very pleased with purchase of the vehicle the sales staff and actually meeting Ben himself. At this point I'm going to take it to my own mechanic and have them figure it out pay out of pocket for this expense and move on. Otherwise I love the vehicle it's really really nice and and pleased with everything else about it thus far I just wish that I had gotten maintenance manager that would have gone above and beyond but that's what happens when you buy a car that's used and pay cash for it. Overall it was a great experience great staff awesome honor Jeremy himself nice guy I just don't think that that was the proper answer to give somebody that had just thrown down that much money on a used vehicle regardless it was my first time there buying a vehicle paying cash for it I just expected a little bit more so I have subtracted my four stars and posted a three-star. I would probably buy another vehicle from them but I would definitely make sure that I had it checked out by my own mechanic first that was my mistake.

We were told that it's easy to get approved at credit unions and we got a huge credit inquiry now only to be denied huge regret which I never came here to even apply if you don't have the qualifications don't even bother if you're trying to build your credit or rebuild 9 out of 10 times maybe don't bother it's not worth the credit inquiry cuz they're going to tell you it's simple but it's actually not credit unions are harder than anything else come to find out I got my luxury SUV yesterday Infinity x80 so much luxury and I am just in love I'm glad I got denied but I definitely will not be back here I don't advise anyone else to come here
