The whole Motor City OKC staff and salesman were the most helpful and pleasant I have ever met !!! This is not your average car dealership. They treated us like family and I recommend Motor City OKC to anyone that needs a quality preowned car or truck. When my family and I were there we just knew we were getting a fair deal all the way around. The prices are clearly shown on every car and they took all the headache out of buying a car with there no haggle pricing. My family and I will buy all our cars from Motor City OKC in the future !!!!
This dealership is amazing. I am a first time buyer so I wasn't sure where to go, but since I worked around the corner I thought I'd try it out. I saw they had a car I wanted online but unfortunately when I arrived after work it had been sold. But the guy I talked to was great at showing me a new vehicle that I loved even more. Most dealers have made me wait for my credit to be approved before I could even look at the cars, but I was able to take out two that I would be able to approved for. I didn't know how big of a selection they would have, but it is huge. I felt absolutely zero pressure the whole time. I did not make a purchase, only because I'm going to wait a little longer to make one, but I fully suggest them. Also if you just want to look at cars I recommend you call before you show up, they know almost every vehicle they have and they can easily find a good car to fit nearly anyone's needs.
This dealership is a JOKE, they are by far the absolute most unprofessional, unethical and deceitful group of individuals I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend that you find a much more reputable dealership to work with which would not be difficult to do the consideration of their ethics. Also make sure that you read through everything you sign and get everything promised in writing. You might also plan on making several trips and phone calls to get everything completed that is if they will answer your calls instead of passing if off to the new guy. One thing you can bet on is you better plan on paying several thousand dollars more that the advertised price of the vehicle. These people are the ones that people refer to as used car salesman in a derogatory manner.
My experience at Motorcity OKC was like no other. They are a no haggle dealership. I saw a car on their website with the price and when I got there that same price was on the window. They didn't try to up sale me. The salesmen and managers were nice and not pushy at all. I will definitely refer everyone I know. Thank you for the best car shopping experience.
This company failed to honor the price on an advertisement, pulled a textbook bait-and-switch scheme, and didn't understand that a down payment was not an additional fee on top of the advertised price of the car. After all of that, once a car had been purchased they were completely incompetent in doing their job of sending the title. After 2 months, 10+ phone calls, and the manager promising to personally take care of the issue, nothing has been accomplished. I would never refer anybody to this company due to the mess they have made with my recent purchase.
Everyone from my salesman to the manager were exceptionally friendly and helpful as I needed to find a replacement car for my wife. I have purchased many cars in my life, but never been as painless and effortless as with this store. I will be back, and will tell my friends and family about the service we experienced in purchasing a car.
Cars are nice! Service and organization not so much so. There is need for improvement in this area I have been getting the run around about a referral check that is suppose to be issued to me. Its been 3 weeks and I have been giving the run around. I took time out of my work schedule to drive to the location to pick up my check just to get there and be told that there was no one in for the day and to call in the morning.....I called the following morning and was advised that nobody would be in the office. When I was originally told that the check was "ready" for me a week before hand. Just not thrilled about this whole process. I should've know something was up when I had to keep contacting the dealership about the title for my car. Only good thing out of this was the guy that sold me the car, Alan, he did a great job, just over everything else.
If they are still open, because they are going out of business and might file bankruptcy, DO NOT PURCHASE ANY vehicles because they will cheat you out of your money. they give you one paper work that they do and give you the copies but then come to find out they didn't even submit the correct paper work. The guy ROMO, for some reason all ROMOS do you dirtytony room, he and the staff knew in advance they were going to close down but he didn't even inform me and nor did his other coworkers. Which in honesty that is just sum shady and dishonest stufftry not to cuss and would had been nice if I knew this that they where going to close then would have went to someone more honest and trustworthy and got a vehicle. Which blows cause now his "friend" that helped us out is saying that this place screwed 40+ people that now he is trying to help out and the MOTOR CITY OKC might file bankruptcy and cant even sue them which sucks but its ok KARMA always comes bk to bite 10x worse!
I was treated well by Troy - he took care of everything I needed.
