I began business coaching with Benchmark Business Group in 2008, and am currently engaged in coaching. From the beginning, my coach helped me clarify my primary aim; and work to position myself for success in a way that is consistent with my personal vision and values system. In my relationship with Benchmark, I am continually challenged to become the very best version to myself, which in turn helps me to deliver the very best those that I work and live with. I can't imagine a time when coaching won't be important to me, continual progress comes from continually being challenged,...and I want and need someone to challenge me!
