Bend Awards & Engraving

Ive worked with Bend Awards for nearly 2 years. You have to call ahead to schedule for larger jobs which is great. Their service is in high demand. They are very nice people but you have to be understanding that they aren't exactly the most social people. I enjoy working with Robert.

Awfull customer service! Got the run around and tons of excuses. I called a few times to check on status of my sons letterman jacket and I got the whole "don't call us, we'll call you". My husband called a few weeks later and they said 2-3 more weeks with more excuses. Called back 4 weeks later and it still wasn't there. The next day we got a call saying it was in, I went to pick it up and the guy brags about how fast they got the jacket in, only 4 weeks from the order date!! At that point I realized the guy forgot to order the jacket until my husband had called 4 weeks earlier. This was 19 weeks from when I originally dropped of the patches and put in the order! Worst part was he never apologized or took ownership of the mistake, he just kept making crazy excuses. And when he said their jackets come with the zipper liner, it doesn't!! Just another lie.

I have absolutely loved doing business with Roy and his crew at Bend Awards. I know Roy cares about his customers and I have experienced his kindness in business relations numerous times. His staff has always been as friendly and welcoming as Roy is and I greatly appreciate Bend Awards. Roy is an honorable businessman that greatly cares about his customers, I am certain of this and would recommend Bend Awards to everyone.

Horrible customer service. I ordered my son's High School Lettermans jacket over 13 weeks ago and is still not done. They originally said it would take 4-6 weeks. They have not called me once, I've had to call then multiple times to check on the status of his jacket and it's excuse after excuse. I wish now I would have went with a different business. My son's senior year is going by fast and he's disappointed he still doesn't have his jacket. I have 4 kids that are very active in sports, I will NEVER do business with this company ever again for anything... I will also do my best to spread the world how terrible they are!
