Wonderful job on everything I have asked them to do! Embroidery and patch application is perfectly well done. Excellent and friendly customer service. Would highly recommend them for any embroidery and patch work needed.

My first job with this company was a problem. I had five plaques to engrave. One week was the time frame I was given. When I pick them up they were all wrong. I gave him a specific list with correct spelling. He made the plaques the wrong name on one and created duplicates of two other names. The work is amateurish and looked only passable. No eye for detail. I will not use them for engraving multiples plaques again, these were embarshing to hand out and I did not have the money or time to get them done again at another shop.

I went in with dimensions of a plate I needed and with their help we were able to come up with a finished idea and the final product they turned around was exactly what I needed. Their customer service was great.
