We had some gifts personalized for our wedding. They made a simple error and made it extremely difficult to get the problem fixed in a timely manner. While our stress level was already high, they promised to have the job completed on a day. When it was discovered that they made an error, we had to track down a new gift to be engraved. Then we took it in, they did the engraving with only hours to spare, but then they wanted to charge for the extra work, and they refused to return the messed up gift. The engraving was worth $10 roughly. The gift itself was worth $40+. She told my husband he would try to sell it. In my opinion when a mistake is made, it should be fixed with no charge and they certainly shouldn't keep the merchandise that they didn't pay for. We were finally able to resolve the issue when she paid the amount the merchandise was worth. I would think being a locally owned company they would want to go above an beyond to fix problems. They barely seemed interested in getting the revenue at all let alone making customers happy. We would not recommend going here. Especially if you are under time constraints.

I go here every fall to purchase medals and awards for my soccer team. The selection is great and they are friendly and easy to work with. The prices are really reasonable too.
