All aspects of pricing, quality, turn around, and customer service are top notch. I even damaged the last award shortly after I picked it up from them and Jo was able to get me a replacement within 24 hours saved my hide! I needed a trophy for my fantasy football league so I went on line to find one and actually bought one. However I wanted to have a base on it so I looked up Western and payed them a visit. First of all, they had fantasy football trophies, WOW...and secondly they provided me with exactly what I wanted for a perpetual trophy. The owner and staff were great! Very knowledgeable, friendly and wanting to make me a pleased customer...KUDOS TO THESE GUYS!!!
