Troy came to our house because we thought that a pipe had burst. After Troy investigated the issue thoroughly, he determined that this was not the case. Instead, we had an issue with our water heater. Troy patiently went over all of the options with me so we could make an informed decision.

Was able to schedule via email for next day service. I was given a 4 hour window and tech called when we was on his way and arrived 30 minutes later. He unclogged the drain quickly and was kind and friendly to our family. Best price in town too. I know, because I called multiple places before scheduling.
