The guy came out and couldn't find the clean out drain. He wasn't there very long and only checked one area. You would think he would check around the house and inside the residence. Nothing was done and I was charged over $100.

They haven't done the work, but they came out and looked at my problem and are trying to find a solution. I called numerous co. No one would come out. THANK YOU HEETER

Very professional, estimator showed up on time. Seem like good people, but they were double the price of the highest of 4 other estimates. They wanted almost $1500.00 more to do the same job. We had to go with someone else. In all fairness this was for a short notice job on a gas line install.

Price was very much fair for the work that was done. The plumber was very courteous. I highly recommend Heeter Plumbing.
