Landon was hands down one of the best vendors I worked with throughout my wedding experience! His pricing was very fair compared to other tent/equipment rental companies, he was very organized and answered about 1,000 questions I had, he was quick to come up with solutions and adapted to our schedule as our wedding day got closer. Seriously could not recommend Landon enough! 11/10 experience!

He traveled from Denver to Vail for our wedding without incident and handled all permit processes, which allowed us to enjoy the weekend without worry. Set-up and takedown were seamless. We could not have been happier with the end result. We received endless compliments from our guests on the tent and decorations. We had quite a few changes over the course of the months ahead of our wedding, and Landon was very patient and always updated our order quickly and was very helpful in answering my questions. The crew setting up and tearing down were very prompt, friendly, and did an amazing job. Everything we rented was in great shape, set up exactly how we wanted, and looked beautiful. Logan was very accommodating and had the most affordable prices for our sail cloth tent. Set up and take down of the tent, chairs, and tables was quick and well done. I gave them five stars for many reasons but one of the main reasons was Logan's communication. We had a great experience with Benson Tent! Landon was extremely helpful and responsive to us during the planning process where we were selecting our package and then coordinating the payment and details of setup/tear-down. The guys who arrived on site to build the tent were very friendly and did a great job. Matt setup was thorough to make sure we had everything we needed, avoided any marked lines and oriented the tables exactly how we wanted. We would highly recommend Benson Tent.

Landon and his team at Benson Tent Rent are AMAZING! We rented his 40x40 tent along with chairs, table cloths, patio heaters and more for our wedding and all were in such great condition! Landon is so responsive and accommodating! We had multiple last minute additions only 2 days before our tent install and they executed each with out flaw!
