As a listing company… I would give 0 stars! My husband and I purchased a home listed with this company and paid too much money to be lied to by the listing agent Charles Maxfield regarding the home being professionally cleaned. I have now spent OVER $2,000 in just cleaning fees to get the urine stains out of the grout and tile, carpet cleaned, trash haul-off, move-in clean. I have attempted three different ways to get an answer from the company to resolve the disgusting taste I have in my mouth for a company that poses as a luxury high-end agency and have not had one call or correspondence. The garbage that was left out front of our home for 12 days was unacceptable and when I receive the HOA write-up I will also send the bill.

I requested a referral for a house cleaner and was supplied a name and number and set an appointment with the cleaner. She was an hour and a half late, dressed in thigh high boots, cut out and tear off pants, see through shirt and full makeup, nails and jewelry. She was surprised we wanted her to actually clean the house. The photographer was not notified of appointment cancellation. The agent didn't even have our correct phone number after signing the sales contract. This is what 6% commission gets for the service provided.

My husband and I used Karen Briot to purchase a home in Sun City from out of state. She exceeded our expectations throughout the entire buying process and her knowledge of the local market was extremely helpful. We found Karen to be professional, patient and an excellent communicator. She goes above and beyond for her clients and is quick to respond to all questions/needs. We look forward to using Karen for all of our real estate endeavors in the future and can’t recommend her enough!

0/5 stars. Dave Collins, worst agent ever. Doesn’t care about customer or have any type of regard to timeliness. He was 3 hours late for a meeting we had scheduled prior. Did not care that he was late nor have a good excuse. Never returned any calls or even try to apologize for being so late. Complete lack of respect and I hope I never have to deal with him ever again. stay far far away from this man, he will screw you over in a heartbeat and not feel bad about it. do not recommend.

I had an amazing experience all around. Judy was amazing and helped me out tremendously in finding a home during my difficult relocation to Las Vegas from San Antonio. I couldn't have done it without her. She was very patient with me and I appreciate that she didn't rush me or force anything on me. Her patience and mine paid off and I decided on the last house we looked at. Thank you again for the assistance.

I'd give it 0 stars if I could, for no response for a rental application. They have the resources for a half hour turnaround, but it's been over a week and I just wasted $225 application fee... sigh. I'm unsure how many people can just throw $$$ at application fees. I know I can't and their realtor agency of Americana seems to be very shady and disreputable. Loss of trust, loss of faith... how can anyone believe in either entity???

Constantly cold calling, never remove you from the list of calls. Rude when you tell them no, easily goaded into swearing at you when you finally had enough and tell them off after the 6th call of telling them no. Pretty irritating company to say the least.

What a great experience. All my needs were met. Nicole and Katlyn are the best. I highly recommend.
