Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New Jersey Properties' Metuchen Office

Coming from out of state, we finally closed on a property wherein this particular Berkshire Hathaway real estate office was involved. We had a problem that needed to be resolved and called the office. Left a message for the manager, Maggie, who did not bother to return my call to ask what the problem was. The agent, Bud Wilson, was extremely uncooperative, obnoxious and totally unprofessional. He refused to answer his phone when called and would only text. He would not bother to answer anything asked and all he would do was text back "Call your attorney." He did not earn his commission in this sale as far as I'm concerned. I can not, will not ever have any dealing with this person or office. Run away from the aggravation and frustration while you can. Avoid having to deal with this agent and his office!
