My family was recently given the opportunity to relocate- I knew I wanted to work with Michelle as she sold us our house 6 years ago and it was such a smooth transition. Working with a relocation company made things much more complicated- however, Michelle and her team kept things sane for us- her expertise and phenomenal communication and availability were outstanding. We were never left wondering, any calls or emails were replied too instantly- We had two open houses that two of her colleagues ran for us, they were a week apart and very successful -our home sold in days. If you buying or selling a house in a Signature area - USE THEM!

I want to thank Michelle Pais and her Signature Team, which includes her Director of Operations & Marketing/EA - Kristin Hileman, Team Manager- Galo Alvez & Administrative Assistant - Phyllis Moriello. They All helped us successfully sell our latest property. Michelle is by far one of the best realtors in the state, which makes sense why she is Number #1 . I'm extremely happy because for all the realtors that made it a point to tell us how much we would get for our house, Michelle confidently got us $50k more than that. I remember having a conversation with her where she calmed me down telling me "Don't pay attention to all the Noise.” This is a what a great realtor does. Not only is she hardworking, she operates with honesty and integrity.
