Best service in town. Quality people and good prices.

The one star reviews are real. Interviewed an employee on a slow day and he mentioned some practices that were borderline labor abuse. Their machines were also down and, once “repaired,” after a delay, damaged a few items.

Took an tux shirt here and when I picked it up one of the custom studs was missing from the shirt. He said “we take that off when we dry clean these” but said it was not their fault. Anyway, calculus was that a bad review and lost customer/future revenue was worth 1 button. Hence my 1 star review.

Good service and seems to be an all-around solid operation. They delivered my cleaned items smoothly for no extra fee. Will likely use this business as my go-to from now on in Williamsburg.

These guys are absolutely amazing. I've lived in NYC for 15 years and never had such a wonderful experience with a dry cleaning business. They pick up and deliver, guys are great, quality of cleaning is awesome no lint or fuzz balls on sweaters, prices are good btw cheaper than most places in W'burg, and they're the only guys that do dry cleaning on site in Williamsburg that I'm aware of, so if you really need something ASAP, they're your best bet. Really great local business.

This place does all it' work onsite. The person in charge is very courteous and goes above and beyond in the customer service department. I had a job interview; I took my suit in to be pressed and they noticed my suit had stains on it that I was not aware of. They cleaned the suit first thing the next morning and had it back to me in time for my interview.

I’ve been going to this cleaners for years now and they haven’t failed me yet! Knock on wood. They greet me by name every time I come in, have done rush cleanings for emergencies, and saved my favorite coat from disrepair. Love Berry Cleaners!

They do all the dry cleaning with their own machines instead of being sent out to a factory. This seems to be the only REAL dry cleaners in the neighborhood, not some middleman sending it out to get the job done.

Used to live right next door and they’ve always done a great job on various items at a reasonable price.
