I never had the chance to try out her service and her work looks amazing online. The main issue is — her professionalism and customer service needs to improve. I spoke to Brittany on Monday to set up an appointment and she was nice enough to book me the next day..... so I thought.... Fast forward to Tues RESCHEDULED, Wed RESCHEDULED, and Thur CANCELED. I’ve tried to accommodate her requests because I understand emergencies happen but the lack of communication and how disorganized she is — is what made me look for another lash consultant. It also worries me that if I DID get my initial lashes done by her, I wonder how long it would take to get refills. Yikes. Also it would be nice if she did replied back to text messages rather than ignoring them while updating her social media. If you have the time and patience to keep chasing her services then go for it. Also, looking at these reviews, I can see that I’m not the only one who had an issue with scheduling.
I absolutely adore Brittany. She means extremely well, and she's a boss lady for starting her won business with no help from anyone. I think people tend to forget that she doesn't have an assistant or secretary, so on top of running a house hold, making appointments, and offering lash services / microblading, she has to keep up with the hundreds of inquiries that she gets per day. That is a lot for one woman to take on! Cut her a break. She does amazing work and is very thorough, quality is her number once concern- she's not out to take your money. I think people need to check themselves, if they want to be treated like they're in a salon, then they can go pay full price for half-ass lashes, otherwise pipe down. Brittany is great at what she does! Just go look at the 300 5-star reviews she has on her style-seat....
Absolutely will never try to book a lash appointment again. This is the second time my appointment got canceled. Brittany is inconsiderate, unprofessional - not polite in my opinion, inflexible after I told her I had an event she totally didn’t care, not accommodating at all, she gave me the options of rescheduling on Monday when my event was Saturday evening. I’m actually very disappointed and will not recommend or try to book her again. Since you have two locations you should keep your hours updated so a client knows which location to choosethe locations a far apart it’s annoying to book one location, plan my day around it just to be told I’m at the other location.
