Ebony was absolutely amazing! Ebony was kind in explaining skin care to me and every part of the process. I got the signature facial and Ebony made me comfortable even through my extractions. I will be happy to be back again and book the signature facial, and will following the careful advice Ebony provided me with at the end of my visit.

Ebony gave me exactly what I was asking for - a light shape up on my eyebrows via wax and tweeze. And it looks great. Thank you. This was my first time at charm city skin, I unfortunately was a few min late, as I was having trouble finding the place. I felt like the customer service was very rushed and not as welcoming, which was unsettling. I’m happy with the ultimate result of the waxing service I received though.

Decided to book a facial to kick off the New year. So glad I did. Such a cute building. Staff was friendly and amazing. Brionna was my esthetician. I wish I could give her 10 stars. She took her time and explained the process. She also provided me recommendations for my skin after. Can't wait to return.

I thought Ebony was a great facialist but I was disappointed at the little time spent for my $175 retinal infusion facial advertised as 60 minutes on their website. My appointment was at 10am and I checked in at 9:48. I was taken back right away and the facial was started around 9:55. By the time I was dressing and checked my phone it was only 10:40. I spoke with the owner after my appointment who explained that the timing of their services includes things like prep/clean up and that the few extractions I needed made the appointment shorter. She said I received the full treatment based service but that that facial is not focused as much on massage like their custom facial is so it’s not expected for that treatment to always be 1 hr. She offered me a $20 credit for my next service and I thanked her but unfortunately $20 is just not enough to bring me back. I feel like this service was falsely advertised and I’m disappointed I spent $175 on what felt like a mini-facial service.

I love it here - every provider I've seen has been super warm and welcoming, and they all do a great job. It's also been a great place for me to go as a trans woman and feel totally comfortable and at home <3

Brionna literally is the most amazing esthetician ever!! She is so lovely, talented, kind and really gives the most amazing facial I’ve ever had - I seriously feel rejuvenated after a visit with her - and look like a glowing glazed donut- totally recommend booking with bri!! She’s the best!

Did my first and only facial here recently with Ari and had a fantastic experience. The staff is always kind, welcoming, helpful, and professional. Wine and water in the waiting area is a nice touch. I trust that products are high quality and that they customize treatments for individual clients.

I’ve been getting oxygen facials here with Ebony for about 6 months now and I have never had a bad experience. When I arrive, if I have to wait at all, it’s no longer than 5 minutes. The atmosphere is so calming and relaxing in their treatment rooms. The products she uses are high quality and the scents are very subtle and not too overpowering if you are sensitive to fragrance. Ebony does a fantastic job, and I always leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated!
