I came for my first brow wax and tint and lash lift and tint and had a great experience. Heather mapped out the best brow shape for my face and she was right! I was a little nervous for the lash lift but Heather explained all the steps and ensured my comfort the entire time. As someone who doesn't wear any makeup regularly it is so nice to look put together without any effort. Heather's new space in Parkville is clean and well decorated with drinks and snacks!!

I was looking forward to this appointment all week and my expectations were exceeded! My eyebrows hadn’t been touched by a professional in years and Heather literally transformed them into a work of art and was so fast and efficient. Booked my next appointment before I left! I have been going to BBB for a little over 2 years and Heather has been nothing but exceptional! I always get amazing compliments on my brows! She is very accommodating with scheduling and her maintains a very clean workspace with a bomb playlist! If I could give her business more stars, I would!!

I love Heather!!! She’s so friendly, positive, and I always feel awesome after getting my brows done. She listens to what you envision for your brows while also giving tips on shape and brow thickness/thinness. I have sensitive skin and the wax is so gentle. Not only does she do brows, I’ve also gotten a facial from her and she goes above and beyond to give you a 5 star facial spa experience. I fell asleep while she was doing my facial because it was that soothing and relaxing. Hands down she’s the BEST and I don’t trust anyone else to touch my brows!
