I never leave reviews but couldnt wait to shout off the rooftops for Roz!! I left her salon crying happy tears. After years of hating my hair and never liking any color job I have ever had done, she nailed it spot on. She is above and beyond a true professional and such a pleasure to chat with. She kept me informed the whole time, step by step, and gave great advice for maintaining my hair. I will never go anywhere else!! Thank you so much Roz!!! I truly mean it!! Had an amazing appointment with Shamera today. She thoroughly explained how my hair my be damaged with what I came in for, and offered up better suggestions for my hair's current state. It immediately made me trust her because it felt like her priority was about me and my hair. She really took care of my hair and made sure I was happy throughout. I will be going back to her as my hair grows out. I'm so happy to have found a salon here in Baltimore!

I had my hair highlighted by Sarah, and unfortunately it came out very different than what I asked for and also poorly colored. I had asked for very natural, thin, face framing highlights to brighten the top of my head, keeping a lot of my natural color for contrast and so it would grow out well without sharp lines. Instead I came out with most of my hair highlighted a much lighter blonde than expected and with most of my natural color gone on the top half of my head. On top of the highlights not being what I asked for, the color came out extremely yellow and brassy. I had to buy a color correcting purple shampoo and hope that will help fix the unfortunate color until I can get the highlights fixed.

My stylist was Randy and he was absolutely amazing. Very detailed and meticulous, I am very satisfied with my look. He did a wonderful job!!!!! The atmosphere had a good vibe, nice music, cheerful staff and very clean. I will definitely be returning.

I would not recommend the nail salon. When I left my cuticles looked as if I had never gone. My nail tech accidentally burnt me with the paraffin wax. Accidents happen and I have very sensitive skin, but she made me feel uncomfortable and I left stressed because she over shared inappropriately and unprofessionally about her life the entire time I was there. Further, because of that I know how much the salon takes from it's employees and I would not want to support a business that takes so much from the people that keep them up and running.

I made my girlfriend an appointment here and she had the worst experience of her life at a hair salon. They destroyed her hair with subpar products and terrible coloring. Not to mention the owner bullied her from the moment she entered the salon. It was clear the owner has a major inferiority complex and feels the need to belittle others for her own satisfaction. Each of the employees were also extremely unprofessional, rude, and clearly did not know what they were doing. All around horrific experience. Avoid this place at ALL costs! Even if they destroy your hair, they will have zero empathy.... they will just blame it on you as hard as they can and will 100% still charge you for it. Would give below 1 star if possible..... ZERO STARS!!!!!!!
