Berthas restaurant has been welcoming me and my father every time we come to the Baltimore area. The mussels are fabulous with all 5 sauces to dip them in ! Today we added a crab cake to our lunch list and it was amazing with the lack of filler and fresh lump crab. The waiter was excellent and very helpful! My only complaint is I wish they would move to my hometown! This definitely is on our list of treasure places!

Great little seafood joint. The pelican shrimp were to die for. Followed up with the crab cake entree. Food was fantastic. Service was extra friendly (a bit slow but it was moderately busy with 1 waitress). Will definitely be back the next time we are in the area. #bestcrabcakesinfellspoint

I stumbled upon Bertha's on a Saturday night, looking for an interesting place with decent food.  The beer selection was fine and the mushroom ravioli was amazing.  The pasta was cooked perfectly, and the sauce, combined with fresh mushrooms and spinach, was good enough to eat by itself.  Originally, I wasn't very hungry, and thought I would take most of the dish home, but after the first bite, there was nothing going home.  My friend had the special, Shepherd's Pie, and it was also excellent.  I would add that the server found the right balance between being attentive and helpful, but not intrusive.

Fantastic old school setting in classic Fells Point. Only had a gin martini and it was perfect, going to have to go back for Bertha’s Mussels! The live band was sweet.. Heard them from across the green and that’s what pulled me in. Very cool experience.

Wouldn't go back! Sat at the bar for a good 5-10 min before being acknowledged. Prices are a little higher because of being in Fells point. Natty bohs 4$ and most places charge 2$.  Didn't like the seasonings with the crab cake, have had much better. Tasted like some plain old Italian bread crumbs I grabbed out of my pantry. Wedge fries were also horrible! 1st order came out and half of them were cold and weren't crispy at all. The bartender got me a new order, they were hot, not crispy and over seasoned.Also they force charged my credit card after I left, because the bartender forgot to put something on my bill. Im pretty sure that's fraudulent.
