Great place for a concert. Any type. The pavilion was nice only a hand full of roof leaks, but not on us. We sat left of center stage on the walk around. Posted no tailgating, not good, but SILife. The sound system can use some improvements on the high frequency end of the spectrum. The sound level was adequate, mot over powering. All in all a good venue. I highly recommend this venue.

The entrance signage is pathetic. There are different entrances for assigned (covered) seats and lawn seats, but everyone was in the wrong (LONG) line. They only found out once they were at the front of the line they needed to go to a different line. A couple simple signs stating "lawn seats only" would have cleared the entire situation. Similarly, a sign saying "box office AND assign seats" would have been fantastic. Instead, the signs only said "box office" which led to all the covered seating people being turned away from the lawn entrance. 
Once inside, there was a decent variety of food and beverages, with prices that were within the standard concert fare prices. A hot dog was $7, and a soda was $5.
 The line for the women's restroom was so long that women started using the men's room. No one stopped them. Consider making them all gender-neutral.

My fiancé spent $250 in tickets for Valentine’s Day for me. This was the worst experience I have ever had at this venue. Parking was a nightmare. We had lot 3 tickets. The police had the turn blocked of so you had to go all the way around and by the time we arrived at lot 3 there was no parking. We ended up in a parking garage. Total time spent parking was 45 min. Then when we arrived the lines at the concessions we crazy long. We sat in line for all of the 1st act. Then we went down to the pit. The first entrance went okay. But when I went to get a drink they made me stop to put a sealed water in a cup. Now I wouldn’t be upset with that but 3 other people around me had water bottles so what is the actual rule here? Then there were people smoking around us. We left early. The ladies bathrooms should have toilet paper at all times... until the end. There were tons of staff standing around but no toilet paper .... I think this was my last concert here. I use to love this venue.

The Pavilion was hosting a jazz festival. The musicians were fabulous. The pavilion has expanded so there is more covered seating and less space for tents. The area for the vendors is not paved so when it rains it can get pretty muddy. Overall the area is an okay place for a concert

Loved it!!! It was awesome. The venue was very pleasant & welcoming. My overall experience was awesome. This was my 2nd concert i ever been to & i can say it was definitely worth the $$ i put out for it...
