I spent two days visiting cabinet stores on the peninsula, I knew exactly what I wanted, I just needed to find it. Best Buy Cabinets not only had exactly what I was looking for, I was also impressed with their interest in my project, some other shops just pointed ”look over there”. I had a couple shops do renderings and neither layout was an efficient use of space and both had me making compromises. Katerina‘s layout was exceptional, no compromises, better than I even dreamed of. Katerina’s talent in design and space and efficiency is exceptional. Her attention to detail and all those ”little things” you usually don’t think about until it’s over and you regret, she covered and made great suggestions. My cabinets were delivered April 15, 2020 during “Shelter in Place” with no start date in sight. One cabinet had some visible damage, but it was hard to tell if it would be visible once installed. Katerina ordered a replacement that day and told me that she would replace any other cabinet if damaged once we got started, and that wasn’t until mid November. All the other cabinets were fine but I appreciated that she was willing to stand by us for the warranty because of the circumstances. Katerina also recommended a fabricator for my counters that was a pleasure to work with and also did a beautiful job. I love my new kitchen and like I said, I went to a lot of cabinet stores, save your time and just go to Best Buy Cabinets.

This is the absolutely the best place to shop for new cabinets. I and my wife did a due diligence and stopped by 5 other places in Bay Area to have a substantive conversation with store owners and their teams. What sets Best Buy Cabinets is their utmost customer attention and an ability to listen, understand and be receptive to customer needs. Katerina held our hand along every step of selection a proper cabinet style, material and color. She was also attuned to our budget considerations and continually informed us of various options that cabinets can be ordered with. Katerina came out to our place to sketch the design and establish the correct measurements. We never felt rushed, just the opposite, she asked us to take our time and to raise as many questions as possible before making a final decision. Her personal attention made the process resemble an interaction with our close family and we truly relied on her knowledge and trusted her advice. Once the cabinets were ordered, Katerina continued to follow up and provide updates on scheduled delivery. She even agreed to donate her time and work with our contractor to assure that all performed work was in line with our designs. Overall, after spending 25 years in a Customer Service Industry, I can confidently say that Best Buy Cabinets exceeded our expectations and our Kitchen looks absolutely great.

Katerina and Best Buy cabinets are easy to work with, sell very nice products and reasonably priced. This is the second kitchen I purchased here and I have referred two friends to them and they had a similar experiences. Katerina is very skilled at maximizing the usability of your kitchen. She knows her stuff! The few small issues we had were with the cabinets were promptly remedied...no questions asked. I would definitely refer others and buy from them again if the occasion arises.

We worked with Katerina Kandelaki for our kitchen remodel. The whole process was very good -- from the initial selection, to design, and installation support. Katerina was patient and highly responsive. She made a great design for our kitchen, discussed all the details, noted a few options where selections could be tricky, and advised where we can save money. The ordering was very smooth and she coordinated everything with our general contractor. There were a few gotchas in the installation unpredictable due to some appliance surprises but Katerina worked with our installer to get all of them resolved. So in the end we got exactly the kitchen we wanted.

We purchased cabinets from Best Buy for our two upstairs bathrooms a few years ago, and it was a pleasant experience. Recently, we purchased new cabinets from Best Buy to replace our hallway linen cabinets. Best Buy had a large choice of cabinet styles and wood finishes. David was very flexible to work with, took measurements quickly, and ordered our cabinets promptly. They actually arrived earlier than expected. Although he didn't have to do it, he offered to arrange for third party contractors to remove our old cabinets, install the new ones, and to install a stone slab cabinet top. He was attentive in responding to our questions and updating us on the status of delivery and installation dates. The combined cost of the cabinets, slab, and labor were much less than turnkey companies that we investigated. I would certainly endorse using Best Buy for your new cabinets.

We did a major kitchen remodel in 2008. We talked to many big stores where you just go through bunch of different product-line brochures, and it is your job to fit everything together. As soon as we started talking with Katerina in Best Buy Cabinets, she totally took over the project, as if it were her own kitchen. She is detailed oriented. It was more than just kitchen cabinets. She pretty much designed the whole kitchen. With revealing 3D modelling of different options, she spent an enormous amount of time till we were satisfied. And the final product was just amazing. After 12 years when I was ready to convert my old garage to an ADU in Palo Alto, I was more than pleased that Best Buy Cabinets and Katerina are still there. And it was no surprise that I could leave almost the entire project to her. To fit in an up-to-date kitchen and bathroom in this small space is always a challenge. Once again Katerina came through. I can’t recommend Best Buy Cabinets enough to anybody who is looking for cabinets for any small or large house project.

The customer service from Katerina was exemplary, both when we remodeled our kitchen 12 years ago and when we came back to Best Buy Cabinets last year for a new project. We will definitely be back for our next project also.

We shopped and shopped other cabinets outlets, fortunately Best Buy Cabinets was on the list, we met Eric, he was great. Computer generated our needs, he measured at our home and we ordered. So far this place is great, will let you know how the cabinets work and look.

David & team are absolutely amazing. His knowledge & work ethics are exemplary. We worked with them several times and will continue to go back $80k+ so far. I'd recommend it wholeheartedly.
