They revamped the store in an awesome way. All kinds of new items! Staff is super friendly and can help you With anything in the store. My buddy had a great time!
I was helped by Carl and he went above and beyond to make sure that I not only bought the best laptop for what I need but also helped with connections for my printer. If you are looking for a new computer I would come here!
Was in and out really. Met up with my little brother. Wanted to purchase a TV for parents living room. His vehicle was way to small. He purchased what he was looking for and we dropped it off. Cashier was very helpful and the area within the store was clean and well thought out to make flow of traffic easy and direct. Not alley ways aisles of goods. Open space and different displays.
I’ve had nothing but a terrible experience at this location. I used to be an employee in Springfield, so I can tell you they are not following policy at all. I purchased an open box monitor labeled excellent condition, yet when I got it home, it was missing the stand. When I returned it the kid behind the counter never even checked if it powered on, or if it was missing anything else and put it to the side, which tells me that whomever returned it in the first place never checked to see if everything was in the box when returned and just marked it excellent. I informed him I would be doing an exchange and I would like to do the exchange then or get store credit. The purchase was placed back to my card instead, and I was told he was given no other option. I left with nothing. I came back the other night to purchase a computer for work. It took me 20 minutes to find an employee to help my husband and I, only to be told the item must have been sold in the last hour, and was never offered to have it ordered, even though it was a limited time sale. When I got home, the website stated they still have the unit in stock, so I’m not convinced the kid even looked for it. I will definitely not be returning to this location.
Has always been my favorite place to shop. They revamped this location and everything is in a different location. It will take some time to get reacquainted with the new layout. They have discontinued selling certain items which is a disappointment. The store was practically empty shoppers and employees when I was there. I guess people aren't shopping as much these days. I think that they would prefer that customers order online and do curbside pickup. So much for my impulse shopping.
The newly reopened Concord store looks great. Today we purchased one small item. At the cash register / Customer Service there were 2 employees with 12 customer in line. When I asked the manager what does he think of the long line, he said we just have to wait. BTW there were all kinds of other employees just floating around.
This store is big. All varieties of electronic items including mobile, TV, printers, kitchen electronic items also available. The staff wear blue dress to recognise them easily for any quick help. For mobile they do have separate staff for Apple & Samsung individually. During peak time, billing takes some time but on Black Friday, some how they managed for quicker billing. Staff were so polite and cleared all the doubts. Price is not cheaper here but they match the price of the product if any other providers are giving for less price. They accept card payments. Free parking is available with lot of space. Restroom is available inside at the end corner of the store. No hand towel available except the hand dryer. Toilet paper was not replaced.
We decided to try this store for our refrigerator, since the one that we have now, I am not happy with it at all, So we went to this store & told someone what we were looking for. Anyway the man went on his computer and, finally was able to find something that I would be happy with, which is the freezer on the bottom, not a top freezer, which is the worse refrigerator. So we will have to wait, but I sure hope it's all worth it.
Not the same Best Buy.Employess disengaged.Only helpful friendly person was asset protection.Beautiful store! No reason to shop here vs Amazon if employees do not care if you buy or not ? Very different than my former experiences.
Called and explained an issue with my iPhone, purchased from Best Buy and model number provided, asked for a battery replacement. Part and price confirmed by Best Buy tech and Geek Squad appointment made. Received updates for appointment with detailed instructions. Arrived for my appointment to find that Best Buy did not have the part in store and had not ordered the part from Apple. Total waste of time.
