This was a great place! It’s a decent size. Although they may not have something of yours. We were trying to get the Sonos speaker and they didn’t have the variety of the brand as a whole. It was no big deal but my sister ended up getting the Sonos arctic mini base speaker this is so awesome and it’s recommended that you but the base on 4 and the Sonos sound bar which you can connect to your tv! The employees are so nice and they can answer all of your questions ! The area is organized by brands and whatever mobile device that is offered.
As soon as I walked in this Best Buy location I was greeted by Orlando and called the associate Jazz to help me find what I was looking for!!! Super helpful and very knowledgeable. Most Best Buy locations don’t have customer service this great! Thanks Orlando and Jazz

Went to Best Buy to trade in a camera and buy one that was smaller and great for vlogging. Didn’t really know which one I wanted but had a few options. The sales man at Best Buy was so patient with me, walked me through all the features, showed me the best ones for my price point and some accessories to boost my production. I was so happy with my purchase because it was a well thought out buy so thanks to the sales rep!
A great sales staff, they do know or will find out the answer to anything you ask. My hats off to the training staff. The check-out clerks well that's another story. Enjoy the shopping, put up with the check-out
Disappointed that they don't have stocks for dji drones. Other stuff are alright. Toilets are available. They have a small toy sections too. I got something for my friend's son's birthday present.
Great store and friendly staff. I used to buy either from the store at the gulfgate or from this location. But this store is always the best, because I always find what I'm looking for. Thanks a lot, FAROQ. This guy is nice, friendly and very helpful.
Too many young people standing around either on their cellphones or just walking around not helping anyone. My wife and I needed help, but the employees would just walk by us not speaking or asking if we needed any help. We had to ask them if they could help us. That’s not good business Best Buy.
This place is the complete opposite of a well oiled machine. Came here on a Thursday to get a total price and recommendation on a dash camera. Nobody who was there was able to assist, apparently they left early. Customer service guy tells me to go to the dash camera section and wait someone will meet me out there. Nobody shows up. Come the next day and I get passed off from one corner of the building to the next, nobody could get me a quote in the end. It was very frustrating that none of the employees really knew who to ask or what to do. Don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location. Shoutout to Elliot, he was cool though.
They have reinvented themselves in the last 10-15 years so it's not quite as useless as it used to be but Microcenter is still the better choice for computer parts. At this point I mostly like them for ordering from Samsung and picking it up at the store. I guess if there is something I need right away, they're not bad either.
