Super helpful staff. They serviced our Oreck quickly, about a 3 day turnaround. They sell the best enzymes I've found for pet stains. Also, they carry the greatest canister vacuums that are reasonably priced. Very good store to visit. Oreck is a very good machine for those who have animals.
