Best Buy

Super helpful. Needed to return a shredder purchased almost 30 days prior. I guess I am not an elite member so i only had 14days to return it for a refund. But they gave me the purchase price on a gift card. So easy to spend it there so that will work.

Nick in the Geek Squad was awesome in helping me with multiple Apple Mac and Android phones, and my new HP Pavilion. Much help from other sales and service people on the day after Christmas. Best Buy rocks!

Once again I had to go thru Amazon as Best Buy was out of inventory on IPAD. Second time they were out of stock on an item I needed. The only thing that separates Best Buy from Amazon is you should be able to get products immediately, and they failed that. What's the use of driving to the store?

Last few times I went to this location the whole staff was super helpful and kind. No matter how many times I asked for help they happily went out of their way. Were even truthful about their own opinions on products to help me make a decision! Overall, the staff here has been exceptional lately :
