Best Buy Mobile

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Exchanged a phone and bought a case for my tablet. Vince even went out of his was to order my case because they didn't carry it. Highly recommended

A smaller storefront as is the concept with Best Buy Mobile located within Lloyd Center. The selection is limited smartphones and tablets, but the employees are good about providing recommendations & assistance to the best of their abilities. The upkeep is okay, but the size limitation makes the location feel crowded.

Was on hold for 30 min before I hung up. Absolutely will not shop someplace with that bad of customer service. Their app tells you it's in stock most of the time when it's not and I'm not going to drive the hour there to find out so I'll just go to the manufacturer.

Stopped by within posted business hours to find a shop completely closed and barricaded with no employee in sight long gone. Quickest way to 100% lose my business. Thanks for wasting my time.

Went to return an item purchased a few days ago unopened, and without even looking at the item, was told that they were unable to accept the return. Typical Best Buy customer service... It's a wonder they are still in business at all. Avoid avoid avoid
