LLOYD Center BOOST Mobile

Great location I recommend it for everyone. Customer service is outstanding, all employees are very friendly and helpful. I used to have cricket then switched to boost Mobile and have had no problems with service. Manny is the one I go to whenever I have an issue, he always handles it quickly and easily, he's very professional. Great experience every time I go.

Love this place! I have known Jennie for years and when they switched to Boost they helped me get a new phone and better plan. Much better than Cricket Wireless. Very happy with their service and I'm so happy that thy all still work here :D love them all!

I understand the purpose of my salesperson's job is to make a sale, probably to fill some sort of quota or compete with branches of the same company- but it'd be nice if these "people" listened to the customer's needs instead of telling them a bunch of lies to "boost" profits. It turns out I didn't need to buy a new phone to solve the problem I had. And the one I was talked into going with is hardly an upgrade from what I had. What I especially don't appreciate is the sneaky changes to my plan that I guess nobody hoped I would notice - and then being told I had to keep them for a certain amount of time before I could remove them I immediately went home and removed the extras/switched back to what I had. These salespeople should really be aware that customers come in with all different backgrounds, and aren't stupid - even if the objective of the game seems to be talking to them like they are.

I've had multiple issues with my phone to the point where I just wanted to cancel my service, so when I came into the store I was extremely frustrated but thankfully Tommy helped me out with the issues my phone had. Later on eventually I upgraded my phone to something even better, and he was able to help me transfer all my info to the new device. Love this location and it's employeesB My go-to Boost Mobile location!

This location is one of the best Boost Mobile in the Portland area. One day I was in a hurry to get to work, and they fixed my problem super fast I was surprised, the guy that helped me I think his name was Manny, he's a great helper! He was funny and made my day. Five stars!

Don't have Boost Mobile right now but I'm waiting for my contact to be over so I can switch to them. They helped me out so much and I can tell they know a lot about phones. They helped me out with my phone even though it's not from Boost. Can't wait to switch! :D

I love coming here beacuse Manny works here still! He has helped me and my family for a long time! I sometimes like to come in and day hi. They are all very nice here and they will treat you like family. God bless them all!

I was on my way to AT&T and I saw Boost Mobile in the middle of the mall on the first floor and they helped me switched. Manny was great! He's saving me money!

Eveytime that I come here I get treated so great. Got my phone and have not had any issues. Every time that I have questions they help me out 100%! Best experience with the employees. If you want to get help or buy a phone then this is the place to go! :
