Wow, horrible retail experience. Associates had major attitude, were completely unhelpful and clearly had zero idea how to do their job. Go see the one on Broadway and 33rd. They are awesome.
Was given some misleading information either intentionally or unintentionally and now I’m having to deal with a whole mess with customer service because of it. I do not recommend going here.
The store says they open up at 10am. We stood outside for 15min's watching people inside put their phones out ignoring us until it was all out. When the store say 10am, that means you are ready with your product out, windows open, and ready to serve customers at 10am. Great customer service though.
