Best Buy

It's a best buy. I would rather buy my electronics on the internet after doing my own research. They didn't have much as far as options for storage devices/hard drives.

In the valley it can be hard to find good electronic devices, let alone get to play with them before purchase. I recently bought a laptop there. I was able to play with all the fun features before buying it which was excellent. I did have a few issues with my purchase but Best Buy Geek Squad was very helpful and got me back into a better laptop that suites my needs very well. Of course I'll be back, all gadgets are just too fun to play with.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We talked to Porter about cellphones and he knew everything! He made it so easy and helped us understand every detail. We will definitely be going back just because he was so fantastic!

What do you expect, it's a Best Buy. Needed a router, they had routers. The staff is helpful. IDK. Been in one been in them all.

It's an electronics store, so...yeah. It's a great place to shop at if you're into that sort of thing, and who isn't? It's like a toy store for grownups. In any event, the staff has always been courteous and friendly. (Sometimes overly friendly, cause I like to shop at my own pace) And, for the most part, they seem to know what they're talking about when I do finally have questions.
