Best Buy

They have a lot of new tech. Everyone in the store is always helping to find something. I have a Rewards Card which does help retain warranty information. I can't really recommend The Geek Squad for more than simple installations or residential items. However that's probably more a reflection of the actual tech's knowledge than it is the overall company. It would not be nice to see them stock some higher quality Tech items so that local computer people could actually buy higher-end Network equipment

I was having trouble with a tablet I bought only a couple weeks prior. I waited in line like all people have to when dealing with returns or computer problems! The geek squad person who helped me was not only helpful, he was awesome! Patient, kind, funny and helpful! I won't go any where else ever again!!

Terrible return policy!! I had a slightly used phone case and was gonna return it but I got busy. Then when I finally had time to go to Best Buy to return my product I got denied just because of the return policy! Product was barley even used and I had box and everything. This is why I don’t shop at bestbuy anymore.

Stopped in on a whim and picked up a display model that was marked down for a little sticky on the corner. Total steal and it works perfect. The gentleman bubblewrapped it for me because there was no box to be found. Couldn't be happier!

Didn't have what was advertised but staff helped me find what I wanted and at $100 off the asking price. I walked away with what I wanted and got money back too.
