The customer service rep and her manager at the West OKC store went above and beyond in my opinion. The customer service manager at this store was genuine in his effort to help resolve an issue with a new printer. We ended up with a win win solution. Thank you to both of them!!
Wow this place does not care about customer service at all and I cancelled my elite membership because of how bad best buy is anymore. This store for instance forces everyone for all reasons into 1 line. If you want to checkout you have to wait in customer service/store pick up line. Last check out in there we had 1 person in front of us, roughly 15 people behind us and it took us nearly 20 minutes of standing in line to buy a single item, I will never return as a disabled person this was extremely difficult. Even not disabled it would have been a deal breaker. You can not even call the local stores anymore, they route everything to what seems like it's probably in India which for me has been hard to understand most of their representatives just to get anything done. I tried calling for instance to try to get thier best buy geek squad vans from blocking my mailbox and driveway while working on a house down the road with tons of parking available at that home at that the representative literally told me to tow them because they can't even call the local store to contact their driver's. Instead I sat outside in the cold waiting on my medicine to be delivered because I didn't want to have the driver's towed. Best buy is going downhill. My business is done with them until they start going back to normal basic functions of what one expect from a store. I definitely don't recommend this store anymore and I can't speak for some others that I have not visited if they have the same ridiculous set up.
It's best buy. Nothing good or bad. Always stocked and the only store than their online inventory matches their in store inventory. So many companies fail at that. This store has a decent selection more of computer components than others which is great.
The folks at Quail Springs Best Buy really went the extra mile with me 27 Nov. Assisted me with an online purchase I fat fingered earlier that day. Great customer service staff! Thank you!
Great products and pretty good black Friday deals. Always find what I need here. Always packed though if you don't like too many people.
As usual, come to best buy to purchase a new TV. Water an hour and getvtold not in stock , move to another TV, Same lame story. Iy you aren't stocking it, get the display off the dam shelf. Going some where else to shop. Very disappointing experience.
Had to return open box item for same product. They would not transfer my reward points to item. Had to wait ten days. Item is out of stock. Shame on Best Buy.
Will never ever step into another Best Buy as long as I live. This company has deceptive sales practices. They advertise certain items available but when u spend your money they keep saying order has been delayed. I have now been waiting for a phone I ordered on November 25, 2022 and have yet to receive the phone. Im giving them a few more days to deliver the product then hiring an attorney to sue the company.
10/10, everyone was so nice and helpful with everything we needed and were patient with us. Thank you Shane, Cody, and Lemi for helping us out and getting everything we need. Would recommend going for all your tech needs!
Wanted to buy replacement Oculus controllers for our son the lady ordered them in store and then we received hand straps and new plastic battery covers. Our son loves the straps but it wasn't a single controller. Bummed she didn't know what she was selling clearly.
