Four stars only because the model 14pro I needed wasn't in stock.
My phone failed to do the latest update properly, this caused my watch to disconnect from my phone partially. The wait was about 4 hours. Since it was a simple fix Bradley was able to work me in between people. Thank you so much for helping me get back to work quickly
Sept-3 . If I could do no star I would . With the exception of 2 employees the staff was more interested in gossiping in the corner of the store instead of working. Where reluctant to greet customers unless they were wearing yoga pants. No apparent management presence. After 30 minutes of watching and waiting called the corporate # prior to leaving. Got a better deal ordering directly online .
My wife is an apple freak. She tried Android once while she sold phones, but, right back to the Apple, she went. This was a cool store to visit even for me, an android guy. All the new phones, pads, cords, and survalence. You name it, they had it. Well worth the drive to Oklahoma City.
So dissatisfied. iPhone 13 Pro. Just over a year old. Logic board went out. Almost 600$ to repair. Not covered by Apple. Pretty expensive product not to guarantee longer than a year. Had my iPhone 7 for years without issue. I miss Mr. Jobs.
What a awful experience. This is nothing like a real store. More like a brightly lit bar where the employees hang out talking, ignoring the customers. You need a check in station for those that forgot to make a appointment or can’t because they have a broken phone. I shouldn't have to chase down a employee to check in to get service.
I just went to a scheduled appt with apple to look at my right AirPod that has a burn mark at the bottom of it. After several apple employees said it’s a hazard for sure they tried to take them from me. Then state they will send them in to determine if they will be replaced or not. But if they deem them unsafe with green liquid on them whatever that means then I’m out of luck and I won’t have them returned. What???!! I own 250 shares of this company and I’m treated like this?! I use all their products! Disgusting customer service! Should be ashamed. May take them to an attorney and tell my story. Risking health of ears with a clearly defective product. Disappointed!
I got a notification stating that my watch was ready to be picked up. I met with an Apple employee by the name of Jared and he was very helpful leading me where to go to set up my watch and providing me the item. That’s the ONLY reason it got a 3 star. It would’ve been no stars tbh if it wasn’t for Jared due to what happened after Jared left: When I got to the try on table Jared told me that his friend “Sarah” would help me set up the watch. That she’d be very helpful.. okay, sure. when I went to the try on table to set up my watch, sarah approached.. I feel was rushing me out the store. I said I was trying to set up my Apple Pay “you don’t even have to be in the store you can do that from home.. I said “I’ll just have to wait for my other watch to unpair” while I was packing up and she kept telling me I could do that from home or I didn’t need to be in the store for me to do that . I left the store feeling uneasy. A group of employees standing at the front door chatting and not one told me to “have a nice day.” Not sure if I’ll be going back to that store after that experience of feeling rushed out while sarah leaned in on the table with her hand on her head waiting for me to leave.
The personel came and went by me for one hour before realizing they skipped me and had cancelled my appointment. ONE HOUR LATER, the people that came after me left before I was even helped. Perhaps Apple needs to open another store location, or start calling out loud the name of the customers waiting. My name was never called.
I made an appointment at the OKC Apple Store based on a web chat with Apple regarding my AirPods that had reduced functionality on the right earpiece. Our appointment was at 4:45 and after asking about our status a couple of times we were helped around 5:30. To be fair we came in the day after Christmas and I’m assuming I don’t shop there much it’s one of their busier days. Matt was the associate assigned to help us. After running a couple of tests and explaining in detail what he was doing it was determined both earphones were bad. Because they were still under Apple Care warranty, we received 2 new AirPods at no cost. I REALLY appreciate the service we received today and quite frankly, I will actually, physically go back to that store because of Matt. I would give Matt at least 5/5 stars, but the process of waiting and having to ask for status, I’d rate only 3 stars. It’s Apple…send a text update or put the list on the big screen.
