I had the best experience on Wednesday night. I came in not realizing it was almost closing time to get a new phone on an offer that was available. James helped explain the offer and got me hooked up with a new iPhone! There were a few issues with my old phone and James and the other employees worked hard and stayed over 30 minutes after closing to make sure it got fixed. 10/10 recommend! Thank you for your hard work!
Excellent customer service and phone service. I want to compliment Retail Store Manager Kristy Bledsoe for spending two hours helping me activating my replacement phone and transferring my photos,contacts,text messages, and documents. My phone was full and it took lots of time. Kristy didn't mind one bit helping me. US Cellular has the best phone service, local service, and online service.
I have gone in 4 times about my account and each time they tell me and show me an amount for my bill and each time after I go in somehow my plan is changed and I owe more money. First it was $200, it went down to $130, then up to $150, then $180, then $200 again? I went online and called on the phone which now I pay $120 and I saw all of my charges and they were clearly explained to me. Go online and skip this store.
Switched carriers and phones at this location due to what seemed to be a pretty good deal. Free phone and a $150 gift card for each friend referral, was the special. 1st , was told that these gift cards would be sent to me between 4 and 6 weeks, well that turned out to be 4 months. There is no tracking and the US cellular people werent very helpful figuring this out. 2nd, I was NOT informed that these gift cards are ONLY able to be used at US cellular stores or to pay US cellular bills. This seems like something that I should of been informed of. Its frustrating when you're not told the truth or the truth is withheld, or the staff just had no idea, I am not sure what the case is here.
Customer service here is terrible. Ashley, who I assume is the manager ordered a phone for me. They sent the wrong phone, no big deal. She said they'd overnight the correct one. 4 days later, I call. She informs me that they had to send the other one back first. A phone call would have been nice to let me know this She assures me I'll have it by a certain day. That day comes and goes. 2 days after that date I called again. They said there was a system error. I asked for them to tell me WHEN it shipped. A new guy gets on the phone. He informs me that it was just reordered that morning. I am a patient person who has owned my own business and understand things happended sometimes. Had I been called even one time to inform me of these problems when they occurred I would have been understanding. But not one call. Seriously very frustrating! I'd definitely recommend going to a different store in Oklahoma City.
Nice staff, horrible phone service. I have been with them for 7 months. At first it was great, but for the last 2 months I have at least a dozen dropped calls per day. I spent an hour with Motorola and could find nothing wrong with phone. Never dropped, never wet. I call USC customer service and they tell me that the signal in my area is good, yet my phone almost never show more than 2 bars. Took phone to USC store where the tech guy said that i needed an upgrade to software, which he did. Upon completion my calls to others now showed up as "unknown". When I brought it to the tech guys attention he says "oh that has nothing to do with our system. His own manager contradicted him and fixed that problem but the constant dropped calls keep happening. The USC employees maintain that "we are not having call problems." They are being misled by corporate. USC has a sweet little fantasy going which apparently is paying off. But the gig is up. Don't walk.....RUN AWAY from wireless service with this company. This is the worst I have ever had and I've had a cell phone since you needed a suitcase to carry one. The only one I have not tried is Verizon....and i'm going there tomorrow. Good by and good riddance to US Cellular.
They are super rude in this location and unprofessional. The worker didn't want to help me look for a phone and tell me the difference between phones besides cost. I'd never go back there again. So if you do good luck...
Great service, great price for two contracted phones plus we got a Black Friday $100 gift certificate to get a case and headphones and a protective coating.
Some Snutty Stuck up Women, whoops I mean Girl!! You People Ougbt to STOP Lying and Just be Your own Miserable Selves! I'm Sure these People tried hard to ger a good job! But I think it seems, this was the best these so called Reps at u sc could do. Its so Awkwardly an exact match to these LOSERS at the Hugo,Ok usc.. The LOST and the RUDE.
Worst customer service ever, brandi specifically. Couldn't even hear the lady, nor would she respond to anything unless I asked twice. Pretty sure my daughter could of replaced her position.
