I was helped by Justin, my promo didn't attach and customer service was giving me the run around about sending it in even when I did. Justin went above and made sure I got my promotion attached and got it straightened out. Definitely recommend Justin if you are trying to deal with a sales rep that doesn't just worry about a quick sale!
Adrienne helped me transfer/upgrade my iPhone after purchasing it with another vendor. She helped me for over an hour due to some technical issues on my account, and I admire her for her patience. Her dedication to great customer service struck me as she was spending so much time with someone who wasn't giving her a sale. Thank you Adrienne!
Excellent customer service, found the error on the phone is a glitch in the maps app, not the phone itself. Called to place a ticket for me on a replacement phone that never came. Will stay with them now.

Owned and operated by the cliche wolf of Wall Street like character but can’t really make it in stocks so this is what they settled for. They will throw anyone and everyone under the bus and put them in debt just to make 10 extra bucks. Really sad to see human beings lie and manipulate good people. Old, young, rich, poor, no ones credit score is safe. They get incentives from phone companies to sell the phones that aren’t selling well. They don’t sell well because they have undesirable features or just don’t work well at all. They charge you an extra 25 dollar fee to pay your bill for “paper work fee” but it’s really just to make an extra 25 an hour. Don’t let the suits fool you. These aren’t professionals. They’re thieves.
I don't normally leave reviews but the service here was on point. Jack H. was professional, patient and overall great to work with. He even stayed after store hours to help me resolve an issue with a new iPhone activation. If management reads these reviews, give that man a raise!
Came previously, was a decent experience, was told I could upgrade my phone but was not interested at the time. Came later interested in upgrading and was told I would need to pay off my phone completely now, so I declined. Then when requesting info on getting phone repaired from cracked screen, was advised I would have to pay almost $200 though I have insurance and have gotten screen replaced before for similar reasons and only paid $30. The employee did not seem familiar with any of the information and was less than welcoming upon arriving at the location. Decided to look up online how to repair phone and was able to set up a repair appointment before the rep ever decided to care.
I have never had such a great customer experience than when I recently got my new phone and iPad. Josh, from my store here in Oklahoma City, was absolutely fantastic. He was very friendly, attentive, genuine and focused on making my phone situation better. He and Verizon deserve great praise. He was amazing. Thank you Josh and Verizon.
First of all, this store is deceiving and advertises to be a Verizon store and only the door has a small decal that shows it's "Cellular Sales." The sales rep also never told us this information and only realized it after we had made our transaction which the receipt showed "Cellular Sales." The store wasn't the only thing that was misleading, the numbers we were told as they talked us into upgrading our service and phones were inaccurate. We were told our next bill would be a bit higher due to the upgrade and not having the device credit, the second bill would be really low as it would have two device credits on it and then our bills would equalize. This didn't happen. Our next three bills were twice as much before our upgrade and none of them had our device trade-in credits. After dealing with three people from Cellular Sales, they finally admitted they made a mistake and never added the trade in to our account... three months after the initial sale. This has been a terrible and costly experience and we will definitely go somewhere else the next time we need to upgrade our phones.
Our experience at the Verizon Store today located on North May Ave was awesome. Our sales representative Jerin was extremely helpful as he went the extra mile in making sure we were happy with our Verizon purchase. The sales representative was extremely respectful, and helpful in every aspect. Thank you Verizon for caring enough for the public to hire intelligent individuals who are polite and helpful in having public skills. Crystal Hoffman
