Not a pleasant experience at all. I was very unhappy with the service and the store overall. I will never under any circumstances return to this location. It took forever just to price a phone. Literally any other t mobile location in the okc metro area is a better choice.

Nice store, professional service. There’s a Vietnamese girl Lien she’s very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. she helped my parents a lots. She also can speak English and Vietnamese very well.

I went to get the tmobile Tuesday freebie and when I asked the girl behind the counter she didnt knownwhat tmobile Tuesday is....how is this possible??

Kody and the staff were extremely helpful. He is super knowledgeable. He turned a very badd experience into a positive one. He saved a customer of 18 years.
