Has some nice smart phones that are free with transfer of service. Make sure the expiration date of your I.D. hasn't lapsed, the requirements to get the phones free displayed beside some of the phones say No validationI.D. required with transfer of service but the reps still ask for I.D. for those phones. Some phone offers whether transfer of service or new start up require validationI.D., others do not, reps do not seem to know the reason for this. US Cellular, Cricket, and Boost are also in this same little business strip, I wonder if it's all the same owner, cool idea if so, no matter which you go with the owner of all these will get profit. I think there's even another carrier in this strip but can't remember the name right now if so.

I signed up at this location over a year and didn’t have the greatest experience. However, I went back today to the same location to have up my account information updated. Korinna provided superior customer service. She got me all squared away and out the door in 5 mins. She was kind, courteous, and expeditious in her service. Thank you Korinna!!

If I can give this place -* I would the worst place ever that I experience to get phone they don’t know nothing about busness seems like drug dealer washing his money they don’t have phones they can’t order the phones don’t waste your money and your time in this place 0 customer service they can’t even sell tacos !!!!!!

Manager she is. Always so rude when ever i come to pay my bill... No customer service from manager or employee what so ever... O guess cheap service all the way around....

I paid $300 in cash was given no receipt and now find out they put that I only paid $220!! So not sure what the ladies did with my money and I had to show them the ad I wanted several times they were not helpful at all. The phones on display they do not have in store.

Lesly at this store will act very gully and take your money but will give out falsified information and gas your head up about taking a survey for a free gift.

Scam offer you a rebate on phone then say you get a free starter kit then charge you for kit turn a 60 $ rebate to a 10 $ scam I cancelled my account and switching to cricket

it took 30 mins for someone to help me and didn't even apologize customer service is bad the cashiers take to long with 1 customer there should be a line got paying bills and getting new service both cashier was very unprofessional and had bad attitudes and was rude

This metro is the worst! Besides the rude ladies that never want to be there, they always take the parking spots in fromt of the store! Their poor customer service and no desire to help a customer is making me leave!
