Untrustworthy company. Said they would pay $0.50 for any cell phone during the promotional period, and the shipment was post marked during that period. Usually perfectly fine for any other company. They however refused to honor the terms, because they had not been 'received' by the date. Avoid at all costs, find another company to recycle your phones through.
I have worked at Pacebutler for more than a year now and the environment is amazing. Everyone is treated like family. It is a very ;positive and friendly atmosphere. The leadership is always willing to help you with anything you need. I feel like the people I work with are not only my co-workers but also my friends. We have personal development classes every Monday. These can range anywhere from helping with our personal relationships to work success to financial help. We have monthly goals that if are met we get to play bingo at the 1st of the following month. How much we play for depends on the number of goals we achieve. This is an amazing place to work. I was just looking for a job when i found PaceButler, but i feel i have found my home.
I have personally work in sales/ customer service for about 11 years and I can honestly say that I've NEVER worked with a company that cares about it's employees as much as Pace/ Butler. It's so great to wake up super excited to come to work and experience what the day has in store. Tom Pace is the most genuine, and selfless person I've ever met. Not only does he truly care about everyone's well being and self growth, but he projects these values onto everyone else. EVERYONE truly cares for and supports EVERYONE. I'm so grateful to be apart of this family.
I have worked at Pacebutler for 2 years now and have grown so much since the day I started. Tom Pace and leadership are really invested in their employees personally and professionally. With personal development classes every Monday, Reading and Exercise incentives and just listening when you talk. They have taken great precautions as far as covid to insure the health safety of our company. I have never worked at a place so involved in your development.
Pace Butler is a great company to work with. They are a great source for recycling used cellular devices working, broken, locked, etc.. They have been reaching out to me for years, but I just haven't had an opportunity to use them until recently. My account manager, Amy Perry, has been very responsive and very patient with me during the process. They are very prompt in the recycling and paying out for the old devices. They care about their customers and the community. I would certainly use them again in the future and welcome the opportunity to work with Amy again.
Amy has been amazing to deal with. She has helped me to understand the value of recycling. The communication has been brilliant and quick turn around on payments. Good company to know.
Shayni Barb is my rep. She is very efficient and grateful, for even the minimal business I give. Pace Butler is a great place to recycle old phones. I started using them a few years ago because they called wanting my old phones and what else was I going to do with them? It was a great choice to send them to Pace Butler.
For several years now we have sent our old business phones to Pace Butler. Everyone that I've had the pleasure of talking to there has been very friendly and sincere. They are a breath of fresh air in customer experience. Shayni Barb is our current rep and continues that great experience with us. Thanks Pace Butler!
Received a phone call from Pace Butler explaining how their organization works. I did not have any cell phones or tablets at the time, and told them so. I did not receive a call or email for at least 6 months, maybe longer, which I appreciated. When I received the next call, I had 2 devices to send and felt like it probably wasn't worth their time. I was sent a prepaid shipping label, and my box was picked up the next day. Surprisingly, I received a check for 1 device, and 1 was scrapped, which I am not surprised by at all. As long as you look into all the details of how this company works and have a fair understanding of the value of technology, I feel like you will be pleased with your experience with PaceButler.
This company originates spam telemarketing calls to my cell phone asking to buy cell phones. I've never sought them out for services nor expressed an interest. My AT&T app has them identified as a high risk for spam calls and blocks most of them, but some still make it through. Wish they didn't have such shady business practices to make unsolicited spam calls.
