Fix My Phone

I went in for a new battery. I'm wondering if I left with the same one that was in it when I dropped it off. Day 1 and I'm losing a charge just as quickly as the old one. I would assume a new battery should hold a charge for the majority of the day without being charged. I'm not on my phone much either. Here it is only 3:43 pm and I'm down to 30%. I gave them 2 stars because the staff were pleasant.

Friendly people but drove from Guthrie twice without a resolution to the problem their tec at another location caused. Said the only way they could help is if I just left the phone with them indefinitely until they could get to it maybe in a week. Did some looking myself and turns out the guy who replaced my screen broke a six dollar part and I was able to order it myself. Wasted time and gas money but I guess it was a lesson learned. Seems that professionals should know how to spot simple issues and not give customers a run around but oh well.

The guy who helped me in the store 10/2024 was Shaun, who was very helpful, professional, and nice. Coming back here if my phone breaks again for sure. 5/5!!

This place replaced my mom's cracked screen, but broke the antenna in the process, causing the phone to not be able to make or take calls. She took the phone back and they were going to charge her to fix what they broke. No way am I going to trust them work on it again. So now she's out not only the cost of the initial screen repair, but also the cost of a new phone from her provider.

Wonderful guys they have working in here, took my phone in because the apple symbol was looping instead of turning on and they did everything they could to fix it but it started getting close to the price range of a new phone, so they sold me a new iPhone 12 Pro Max and gave me back my old one. The new phone ended up having a slight screen problem so I went back and addressed my concerns and they offered me a new one with no additional fees and it worked great! I appreciate the time they took trying to figure out what was wrong with my broken phone and I appreciate how well they worked with us! I highly recommend this place!: Thank you guys!

Probably one of the best customer experiences I've had lately. Service wasn't rushed. Guy Marlo was really patient with me and my issues. Made me really feel like he was there to help and not just get another customer through the door. Highly recommend stopping here for your phone needs!

Dropped off PS 53 months ago no one ever called me messaged me the only time I was able to get any kind of answers when I called and demanded for them to call me back and let me know what’s going on or I will come pick it up they called me and said that Have to do something internal would be an extra charge if they fixed it two months later I called him leaving message after message. No return finally called Selected I wanted to drop off the product. Someone answered they still finished my PS 5. I told them at this point I’d like to just pick it up and take it somewhere else. He said OK come pick it up tomorrow. It says a different location. I believe if you’re working something, you can at least call someone and tell them where you’re at or what it will take to fix it never received neither one very bad business, I would not recommend dropping off anything at this company

Went here to get my phone fixed and it was the quickest and easiest experience I’ve ever had. Marlo ended up helping me out and got me set up with everything I needed he was very well informed and very professional. 10/10 would recommend for anyone needing their phone fixed.
