Alexander Muse helped me. Delightful young man so professional. Caring and knowledgeable, very quiet and purposeful. Helped me fix my phone. He got me on the best plan.
This store was not helpful at all, went in to get a phone checked on and the girl at the front sent us to an inexperienced employee because she obviously feeling lazy and nothing was resolved. Luckily we went down the road to another store and the gentleman there got it figured out within 5 minutes. I would not recommend using this location.
Walked into the store off NW expressway and Rockwell today around 10 am. Two men working they both were helping customers yet instead of saying “Hi we will be with you shortly look around blah blah blah” they completely IGNORED us. Thirty minutes later NO hi, no acknowledgment at all. For customer service that is the worst look to a customer. When we left they still said nothing. Not any form of interest in the fact we wanted to be customers. All my dad wanted was to upgrade his phone and add two lines.

My wife and I were greeted politely the sales man was very nice highly Knowledgeable we were both Comfortable and felt wanted and valued I highly recommend this store
USCellular is THE BEST in my opinion. I've been a customer for at least 15 years. Tried Verizon, AT&T, Sprint... always returned to USCellular for dependability & service.
No support for "lesser" phone manufacturer.
Not getting good service right now.
Ask for Brittany she is awesome
