Stopped in to pick up batteries after checking their website, which said they were fully stocked. The battery rack was pretty empty. Asked an associate for help and was told they would get me someone. I waited 15 minutes, and no help showed up! I looked for someone else but found no one! Amazon had what I needed and delivered it promptly...
I went to Best Buy to buy a laptop and a printer. I was looking around, and an associate came up and asked what I was looking for. I explained something simple just just to have at home if needed. He immediately took me over to an almost $800 laptop. He talked about the memory. I asked what other reasons you recommend this one. He said well you see, this has 1tb of memory. Mine you, I said simple. Thinking to myself, I don't need all that memory. I was done after that. No laptop and no printer from that store.
My wife and I went to this Best Buy for a Christmas gift. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and asked if we needed help, etc. This particular location is the cleanest of the other's we've been in. The employees are nicer. They seem happy and want to actually help you. This location also has the best selection and the most merchandise to!
Wow! What can I say? Graham was our sales associate and he was awesome! My husband and I were lost on picking a tv and a laptop and he was so knowledgeable about everything we asked! And his patience was impeccable. We are not that tech savvy but he helped us understand everything he was teaching us about. We will definitely shop only at this location, because we know if Graham is there, we’ll get the assistance we need. We got an 85 inch Sony and a new hp touchscreen laptop that was in our price range . We also loved that Graham showed us items that were out of our price range and in, because he just wanted to compare and show us the difference but also let us know that even if we had to go with the lesser option.. that he would make sure we got the best option! Thanks again Graham at Best Buy on Princess Anne Va Beach . Take it from me, ask for Graham! He’s the man!!!
Went to move service to Verizon and they don’t have anybody working that department at 530 on a Thursday. Sad part is my son has been trying to get a job there for a year with no luck. Taking my business directly to Verizon. Your loss Best Buy.
Customer service desk was rude and failed to help find a specific cord and stated that he couldn’t leave the desk. He as well didn’t attempt to call over a worker who could assist us. Instead told us to move so he could assist another customer. Same guy came over to us 15 minutes before this incident while we were looking at $4000 fridges immediately asking if he can assist us. Will not be coming here again if what I buy is what determines the quality help I’m provided.
Went in store, looked around and they have a decent variety of items. Was greeted shortly after arriving and offered assistance. Associate went and got the movie I was looking for very quickly. Customer service was great, and I got checked out in a flash. I had a gift card that covered most of my purchase, which was the main reason for going there since you won't really find any bargains at Best Buy. That's why I can only give 4 stars.
Well lit and very clean. Staff is helpful but not pushy. Prices have gotten a lot better and it was even the most affordable place to buy my washer and dryer!!
I used my Rewards credit money to purchase an item online. It was not what I expected so I took it back and the return was great. They were able to apply my credit back to my account without any difficulties.
The dumbest people work at Best Buy. The dumbest management and the dumbest training is provided at Best Buy. The dumbest computer system is Best Buy computer's system. I'm not going to waste my time explaining it. I just wanted to make it know and give them a bad review because they don't deserve a good one.
