Does Aarons has the best customer service hands down from any other aaron one of the sales reps there was great she even went out of her way to make sure that I got ordered a brand new sectional and she helped me through the whole way... the guys came right on time to deliver it and they had no problem bringing it in and setting everything up for us thank you so much
Aaron's Ask the community Kayla was amazing!! Soon as I walked in the door she was ready to help. I have back issues and she made sure I was comfortable my whole visit she also gave me a great deal. I would definitely recommend y'all to stop pass and see her
We recently moved to VA Beach, and Aaron’s was the first place that we went to for furniture. From the time we walked in the door, we were given so much attention. We felt like we were the only ones in the store, and that it was our very own shopping time. Kayla—WOW!! This young lady went above and beyond to help us. Even after having a faux pas with the online ordering system, Kayla was able to make things right for us. She’s very professional and knowledgeable about the merchandise. I’ve had 2 back surgeries, and she was able to help me pick the perfect mattress. Overall, Kayla’s kindness and patience made our shopping experience the best that it could be. Go in and ask for Kayla. She’ll take very good care of u. Thanks again, Kayla!! You’re the best!!
Kayla was awesome. I ordered the wrong dryer and she was able to get me the one I needed and keep my delivery date! Thank you bunches! It works beautifully!
when my husband and i went into Aaron's the store employee Amber helped us out. She was amazing. she was patient and helpful with us picking out a bed and mattress. when we want back she did great helping get paperwork ready and explained not everything had come in yet. She went above and beyond. Thank you Amber for your help
When I walk inside all the sale associates were friendly. I was paired with Mr. Brian and he was amazing! I was there to purchase a laptop for work which they had a great selection. My initial date to be brought to my home was on Monday but Mr. Brian went out of his way to deliver my laptop today which was awesome! I recommend doing business at this location. Everyone were friendly and helpful. I will be coming back. Thanks again!
They forgot to bring my mattress the first day of delivery with my best. Can never pay online because there's either always maintenance or there are no leases that match my name. I've had calls saying I didn't pay even though I asked for it to be set up to be taken straight from my card on due date. And I still can't get an online account to show for the millionth time trying. I really hope things change because this may be my first and only time leasing from Aaron's.
I had the WORST shopping experience of my life at this store! About a year ago, I decided to purchase a living room and bedroom set from Aaron's. I initially tried to purchase the sets online but the website will not allow you to buy more than one room at a time. I went in to the store and told them which set I was interested in. I wanted a BRAND NEW set but the manager convinced me to get one of the "barely used" rooms. I looked at one of these bedrooms and saw that it was in pretty great condition. I told him that if I could have that exact set, I would buy used. If not, I would just wait for the new sets to be delivered from the factory. The manager assured me I'd get that exact set. He gave me 3 different delivery days. Each time, the day would come and go and he NEVER called me to tell me that they weren't coming. I'd have to call him and he'd say "oh yes, I meant to call you...we're still waiting on our shipment...". I was completely annoyed and finally went into the store to find out what the issue was. The manager gave me a new delivery time and FINALLY, my items showed up. The bedroom set I got was not even close to "like new." There was damage to the sides and drawers of the dresser, a huge gauge out of the foot board, and there was no mirror for my dresser like there was supposed to be. I also discovered later that they didn't leave any of the hardware screws, etc. to put the bed frame together. Needless to say, I was pissed. I called the "manager" and told him to just take everything back. He apologized profusely and said that not only would he replace my set with a brand new one, he would also pay my first month's payment. I calmed down and eventually we agreed on him just replacing the damaged items, bringing the mirror, and making my first payment. I also requested that they bring the hardware that was missing and put together my bed frame. The guys did arrive with my replacement items. They forgot the hardware so they actually had to make a 3rd trip out. The delivery guys themselves were great and very friendly. I felt comfortable with them and I knew that it wasn't their fault that their management is clearly lacking... I finally had my furniture but my first payment due date was approaching quickly and I kept checking online and seeing that my payment was not covered like I was promised. I called the "manager" THREE TIMES and each time he said he was taking care of it but didn't. I FINALLY went into the store and confronted him directly. He looked me straight in the eye and said that he had submitted my payment but it needed to be approved by a regional manager. Even after the face-to-face, the payment was not made. I ended up going online and paying it so it wouldn't penalize me for missing a payment. I called the Aaron's store ONE MORE TIME, with the plan to contact the Better Business Bureau directly afterward. Thankfully, I ended up talking to the assistant manager of the store. I explained to him the entire situation and he was so nice. He not only put my mind at ease but assured me that he would put my credit through at that moment and I could see it online within a few minutes. I asked him how that was possible, since the credit needed to be approved by a regional manager??? He said that he had never heard of that. All stores have the ability to enter a credit without any type of higher approval. With that, I understood that the manager had told me a BOLD FACE LIE about needing approval before making my first payment. Not only did I get terrible customer service, he actually LIED. I should have posted this long ago but I kept forgetting. I decided to write a review now because I recently got a new job and I had to wait an extra week to get my first check. My payments with Aaron's are due on the 1st and I paid on the 3rd. But sure enough, on the 2nd, and the 3rd, I FINALLY got that phone call from the manager that I had been waiting on. Yes, that's right. After all the crap I went through with him, he now has the audacity to call me about a day late payment.
The initial process to get approved was easy! Delivery was not as fast due to holidays & the delivery date was changed due to a broken frame which should of been checked before that day. Had to wait another 3 days. The staff is friendly & willing to work with you if there are any misunderstandings on payments
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, first of all we bought one of the pre owned couches, they told us it would be downstairs and ready for us to pick up the next day. However we got there and it was not ready at all for us. Second the staff was very rude and not helpful at all. Third, a customer was talking bad about my grandmother in front of her face. The last thing, we waited 2 hours just to get our couch.
