From the time you walk into the store, the salespersons knowledge of their product to the skill of the delivery persons maintaining protection of your mattress but also your bedroom areas. Best mattress shop I have been to. No pressure no hawking over is as we laid out trying different mattresses. Build quality seems far better than most, good assortment of sizes and types. Built on site. Prices were higher than big box or the other mattress stores. Get what you pay for

I absolutely loved the service that Brian Gasiorowski provided me. He made everything smooth and easy, while also putting my mattress on my car for free. Will definitely be asking for him again

Greeted when I entered the store, good presentation without being pushy.I needed a bed for a specific application and Michelle was extremely helpful. My selection was in stock and they loaded my truck. Next time I need a bed I will shop here again.

Thanks for the response, but as of today 24 April 2022 no one has reached out from The Original Mattress Factory.  It's either forgetfulness or you made a response to make potential clients think you care.  My honest opinion is still stay away.  Our in store experience was good as well as the delivery. But that's where the good experience ended. When our mattress was delivered, we noticed a small hole in the top of the mattress. We immediately contacted the original mattress factory and they told us there was really nothing they could do about it. This is a brand new mattress mind you, that now has a small hole in the cover and this company is telling me they can do nothing about it. We've contacted them numerous times and received the same answer. Recommend you stay away from the original mattress factory because they do not stand behind their product.

We had to get rails to change a double bed to a queen. The directions for the assembly were nor helpful. Peter from Mattress Factory came to my house and put it together for us. I will go back to Mattress Factory.

This is a simple and straightforward type of store .you can get your mattress made in store.i Purchased a twin size mattress for my son and the quality is so amazing. I WILL definitely come here next time for my next mattress. The salesmen appearance was very nice and neat very gentleman's type which is appreciated.

Beware! I truly wanted to support a local business but they failed as complete crooks. Please beware. Bought a box spring for a king mattress, no questions asked no haggling paid with a smile on my face because they were recommended and local. The box spring came to my house and it did not fit my bed and mattress. I went back looking for a solution. Keep in my the box springs were still in the original shipping package  not used at all. They could not offer me a solution for my set up therefor I asked them to return the purchase$450.. Manager came out rude and made some horrible remarks and examples and basically told me to call my state representative. No solution at all. Rude. Not when taking your money. I would urge all consumers to steer clear from these people. They have a good product but   their management team is unethical.  12/02 Update- per my conversation with upper management I am auditing part of my statement as the word lawyers came up and I can't deal with that during the holidays. I felt threatened.

The king sized hybrid mattress is one of the worst purchases I've ever made. $2400 to have serious back pain 2 years into owning it. The foam has massive indentions on the sides and the middle is several inches higher than the rest of the mattress. It is now like this on both sides even though we flip the bed every 1-2 weeks. My wife and I are under 170 pounds each, so I have no idea why it has done this.

Absolutely wonderful experience. One of the few retailers that sells traditional flip beds without hype, pushiness, or scams. I've had my mattress for over a year and love it. Very comfortable and durable.  Top notch experience from the incredibly knowledgeable and friendly sales crew, reasonable pricing, and impeccable prompt and courteous delivery.  You can't go wrong here!
