This is a really good furniture store that sells quality products. The staff is friendly and are available to help when needed. They don't stalk you like other furniture stores but introduce themselves and tell you where they will be if needed. Their turn around on products is excellent. You can find their catalog items to custom made furniture. They also have a huge discounted section in the back that's worth taking a look at. We have bought several pieces of furniture from this location and will continue to do so in the future. If your in the market give them a shot.

Matthew was extremely helpful in selecting the perfect sleep sofa for our home. He was well versed on the product lines and his design expertise was invaluable in making our selections. Wonderful experience overall at Willis, from our initial greetings thru check out. They were quite busy but we never felt ignored or pushed off, which has been a common experience in other furniture stores. Susan Clements was wonderful to work with while shopping for dining room furniture. The paperwork portion was a breeze. Bought 2 more chairs for DR set I bought in 2014. John looked up my original order, helped me pick out fabric to coordinate with existing chair fabric. Furniture groupings are attractively laid out. Willis carries high quality lines.

Went looking for a sofa and found exactly what I wanted with no hard sell. Very pleasant working with Nick. I have 2 labs that like the sofas too so he helped me find the exact right material!! Will shop there again! Love shopping local! And their customer service is awesome!!! I highly recommend!!

When I called looking for a specific type of ottoman, Billy was extremely helpful. He actually walked the showroom and made sure they had what I was looking for. Worth the upcharge. Sells USA-made furniture. High quality. Salespeople care about you instead of just their bottom line. Billy helped me sort out a patio furniture issue caused by a cheaper store that was not an authorized dealer of said furniture --watch out!! when there was no money in it for him. This stuff is the reason why they've been around forever.

Purchasing the chair that I bought today was a very pleasant experience and everyone that I met in the store was very nice to deal with and everything went quite well. The sales lady's name was Kelly and she was very helpful and I enjoyed my visit there very much, I would return there to purchase more furniture in the future.

When buying the chair I was left to assume the price for the chair and the ottoman was together. I was called the following Monday that I had to spend more to get the ottoman. I feel I was nickel and dime. In the showroom non of the ottomans had a price sticker on them. Just the chair. I will probably never buy another piece of anything from your store again. In fear that with the price I pay will not complete the sale then I’ll be called to be charged more money.
