Excellent service by Bob in store. Great door buster sale! I had been looking for about 6 months for right piece to downsize furniture pieces!! This is it! The delivery guys were efficient and professional. Rain even stopped for this delivery. Happy 4th early

Delivery team was quick, reliable, and courteous! I know the one guys name was Fred, but I didn't get the other's name - sorry! They had a few cancellations and were able to show up way earlier than expected. It was a quick in and out. Both were super nice and made good conversation. :

Even though I had to wait on my furniture since March & just got the last of it…it was worth it because the delivery peeps made it easy and had excellent customer service!!!

Overall great purchase was easy and inexpensive delivery drivers did a great job setting it up and were extremely friendly. Only issue I had was the two week delay from my original delivery date to the day I received the bed. Would do business again with the store but hopefully the delays get worked out soon.
