I would like to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Mr. Antonio 11/25/22 at the customer service line during Black Friday. We were in a time crunch in getting an item we bought online and Mr. Antonio helped us so graciously with a smile and took care of our situation with a good turnaround time. If management reads this post, please recognize this employee as he was WONDERFUL!
Preston, at the very front by the entrance, was great help. I came in early to pickup a TV before It was ready and he assisted with getting the TV re-tagged since the issue was due to a change in pickup person. He was juggling managing the queue of folks getting help, my matter, and the Black Friday madness. Though it was fault for arriving too early, he never made me feel like an inconvenience and provided great customer service. This man needs a holiday bonus.
Parking is great and close to the building. Go in and at the front desk you will be greeted and given a helper for your inquiry or you can shop around. Glad this place is still around. Competitive prices and price matching plus daily discounts. This place is great.
Force sales and harassing customer - manager trying to sell the Laptop's charger separately for the open-box Laptop in the description, it was clearly stated that it has all the necessary accessories. I refused to buy it and returned the Laptop pro tip always check your Laptop and make sure everything is in there before leaving the store. However, when I tried to buy another open-box laptop and went inside the store with sale-associate, I noticed that he was so unprofessional. I asked him to show me the Laptop. He told me I had to pack it myself if I wanted to buy it!! His attitude was the reflection of store culture - bullying!! I also noticed that the register manager refused the minority person's request to return the product. I observed that the person was struggling to communicate his message, and the manager was taken advantage of it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE.
I had a very speedy and satisfactory experience at this location while dealing with a replacement for a defective tv purchase today. The staff and manager on duty were very tentative to our complaint, which led us to Marey from the customer service department. Okay, she was not only EXTREMELY patient, but she was knowledgeable, honest, and assisted with finding a perfect replacement tv to fit our needs. 5+ stars for saving our holidays! Thank you again, and best wishes to all.
Great service professional experts. I walked in receive assistance right away, and they helped me through my whole process, even charged my laptop for me. Keep up the good work guys.
Awful store, terrible experience. They combined checkout and customer service to one long line that is never staffed by more than one person. Wait time is at least 30 minutes to buy one small thing. With this much inconvenience it's better to just do your shopping online.
I was greeted as I walked thru the door. There were instructions everywhere on how to be served by one of the reps. I knew what I wanted and they had it pulled quickly. I didn't have to search around for help.
Great place to purchase cheap electronic devices! The staff is very accommodating and will assist you to whatever you need upon entry. The store is neat, well-disinfected, and customers practice social distancing. They also accepted my credit card as payment.
Never find what I'm looking for in the store. It's better to shop on line then pick it up. Some item's same to be over price to me. Check some other stores before you buy here
