I went there to see how much were the prices of dishwasher and they had quite a few of models and options available. I also wanted to ask a question since I have total care or total tech that is something that Best buy offers for 200 bucks. I purchased it last year and it had helped me several times when my either phone which was pixel 7 pro was not working so I took it back to Best buy and without asking any question they just replaced the phone with the new one. So I wanted to ask, if I purchase home appliances and stuff will those be covered under total tech warranty? And the customer service rep inside the best buy store was very helpful and told me that of course, whatever I buy from Best buy is covered by that total tech protection that they offer and it comes with the free installation of home appliances. I did not know that.
I placed an order through the app, which was quick and easy. After being notified via a sms, I went to the store to pick up my items. I parked in a curbside pickup stall and notified the store I was at the store. I received their standard message stating that it might take up to 10 minutes to be out with my items. I patiently waited, 2 other vehicles arrived shortly after me and had their orders brought right out. After 18 minutes passed I went into the store to investigate the delay. I was directed to the order pickup area where I was promptly greeted. I explained that I had been waiting for my order, and he replied, oh, that's the Brandon order. Their were 2 associates, who appeared not to be engaged in any other tasks, so they found my items on their shelves, scanned them and sent me on me way. Who knows how long I would have been left sitting in my car had I not gone into the store.
Time and time again I’ve come into this store after 5pm, and the store is short staffed, and out of what I’m looking for. The fun part is on 3 different occasions I’ve had to wait 20-30 minutes to be able to talk to a human just to find out they didn’t have the item I was looking for. It’s not the fault of the people on the floor but it is INFURIATINGLY consistently like this. Matt in the photo section is the only saving grace. This location is mere minutes from my home which is why I’ve frequented it so much the past two years but I’m done. I’ll drive the extra 20 minutes to the next closest Best Buy.
Don’t bring your kids in here folks, it’s not a kid friendly store. The man just came and ran my six year-old daughter out of the sound room, namely, the home theater, design studio for touching the screen to switch the sound to different speakers. No matter the competing interests, grown men should not be rude to six year old children.
Geek Squads won't hold equipment and don't honor scheduled appointments. They failed to see us 2x when we scheduled an appointment to replace an iphone battery. We even had another best buy store call this one and coordinate the battery replacement appointment and verify that they had the necessary equipment. And... They used our battery on another customer saying they "couldn't hold products owned by Apple unless they ordered in parts when they were out of stock". Ivan, a "manager" was very passive aggressive and should NOT be in management. Due to his short patience and short temper, I can't see him troubleshooting patiently and successfully... But even if he is, he should not be customer facing until he's had extensive social training. Kaleb was a much better manager... Able to explain, offer alternatives, and stay calm in frustrating situations.
Yeah their prices are higher than most but they are keeping the box store alive. I have mixed feelings about Bestbuy but it definitely beats the monster that is Amazon. Honestly America needs better options than a couple of super monopolies to buy our goods from.
I had a amazing experience when I was looking for a computer as a gift Anthony was amazing and helped me choose the right computer. He helped me get a different computer that I wasn't planning on getting because the one I was Originally going to get was clearly very slow and not great. He was amazing and helpful
Pretty much a Best Buy. Has all the same stuff any other typical Best Buy has. This one is downtown so it has a Police officer posted there sometimes, I think it helps keep theft down and deters loitering by the homeless who reside there. Inside you can't tell though, it's clean and the staff are nice.
I was shocked by the tangev9f products in the store. We bought some vool high end appliances I had never seen before. The staff was very helpful though you had to wait as they seem to be short staffed. Still they have good products and decent prices too.
This company deserves negative 10 stars for their phone system it hung up on me twice and then sent me to a call center. Well, I'm going to return my order and find someone who still has customer service, and I recommend everyone does the same until we have companies that actually help their customers.
